FAQs

  • Our sound masking solution involves the installation of emitters as speakers into the ceiling tiles or another location that is not visible (depends on the office setup).  These speakers release a low background sound which help to “drown” out the background noise of things like conversations, telephones, and more.   This helps keep workers and other visitors focused on their intended conversations.

  • According to independent studies the answer is a resounding Yes.  Our sound masking solutions improve speech privacy and productions levels of employees.   Employees are able to focus by almost 50% more and distractions decrease by 51%.  Unwanted noises often lead to errors at work and these improve by 10% while office stress decreases by 27%.  The benefits of our systems are clear to see and hear.

  • This depends on the square footage and your office needs.  The ROI on a system is typically less than 2 months and much cheaper than if you had to make building changes or other construction changes.

  • While similar, this is not exactly white noise by definition.  Our systems have a different frequency than white or pink noise because they are designed to cover the most speech as possible.  This means that you have to blend the white and pink noise frequencies.  If you are looking for these types of systems then ours does have you covered and then some.

  • There aren’t noise cancellation devices that can cover large commercial spaces.  Completely cancelling noise for a smaller space can often be very expensive and may not be the right solution for your office.  Our systems reduce unwanted noise in offices and reduce distractions.

  • Some conference rooms use these systems but they can be used both outside and inside of the room to keep both outside occupants and inside occupants from being distracted by outside noise.
